Ask Hari
Ask it about my work, or about how it works. It answers only from notes I wrote, says so when it does not know, and if you want to talk to me you can book a slot straight from my calendar.
- 1You ask
- 2It retrieves the closest notes
- 3It answers from them, with sources
- 4You book a time from Hari's live calendar, or leave a message
- 5An invite goes out and a contact lands in HubSpot
Answers come from curated notes. ·
Decisions
Five calls behind a small assistant.
Grounded or silent
The bot gets only the notes that match the question. If nothing matches, it says it does not know and offers a next step. A dead end is a failure, so every decline ends with a way forward.
The CRM write is a form, not a guess
The model never collects personal details on its own. It signals intent; a short form with a consent box collects them; the server validates and posts to HubSpot. The visitor sees "sent" only after the CRM accepts it.
Small model, on purpose
The job is answering from three short notes, not open reasoning. A small fast model keeps replies quick and the running cost at zero on a free tier.
Real availability, checked twice
Slots come from a live free/busy read of my calendar, not a static list. The server recomputes them at the moment of booking, so a slot taken a minute ago is never double booked.
Fail to the human
Rate limits, an origin check and a hidden trap field guard the endpoints. If the AI allowance runs out or the CRM is down, the bot shows my email instead of pretending.

I am open to senior AI product roles, especially agents and conversational products.
